Winters can be bitterly cold up in the mountains where hill tribes are situated. The Holiday of Hope Project provides tribal families a warmer winter by distributing blankets to the poor and needy.

As mosquitoes can create many health problems with the spread of malaria and dengue fever, OB assists tribal communities by providing protective mosquito nets.

As of March 2010, there have been 6,407 beneficiaries.
